Mr. Scott is the president of Premier and is responsible for the management of Premier's operations, development of short and long-term business strategy and the technical direction of complex projects.

Mr. Scott was formerly Vice President and National Director of the Hazardous Waste, Remediation and Brownfield Redevelopment program for ATC Associates Inc. Prior to joining ATC, Mr. Scott was an Assistant Vice President and Group Manager with LAW Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. and the former Executive Director of the Georgia Industry Environmental Coalition. Mr. Scott specializes in the development of technical and regulatory strategy for site characterization, risk assessment, design and implementation of remediation, agency negotiation, and management of complex projects.
