Mr. Redd is Premier's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In addition to his management duties, Mr. Redd is a senior business consultant and registered professional engineer in Premier's Seattle office. He has fourteen years of experience in industrial, environmental, and information management consulting, advising clients on a wide range of technical and financial issues. He specializes in developing innovative financial, technical, and regulatory solutions to provide the maximum value for clients. Mr. Redd has experience in contaminated property redevelopment including managing several redevelopment projects. He provides permitting consultations and conducts economic and statistical evaluations for a variety of manufacturing facilities and environmentally impaired properties. Mr. Redd has extensive experience in information technology, including business-to-business websites, accounts payable imaging systems and several document management systems.
