Mr. Goist is Premier's Chief Operating Officer (COO). In addition to his management role, Mr. Goist is responsible for lead project management on a number of projects for various clients. He has seventeen years professional experience on major industrial projects as well as commercial projects. His primary area of technical expertise relates to the assessment and remediation of sites impacted by chlorinated and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons. He has developed and implemented a number of conceptual and innovative remedial approaches including in-situ chemical oxidation and phytoremediation. Mr. Goist also specializes in the evaluation of potential cost reductions for long term monitoring and O&M sites. He also provides litigation support services to environmental attorneys and provides strategic regulatory consulting for industry. Mr. Goist is also involved with redevelopment opportunities of Brownfield properties. In addition to his technical environmental experience, Mr. Goist is interested in real estate development and redevelopment projects. Mr. Goist is registered as a professional Geologist in the state of Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida.
